Accommodation & Reservations
❯What types of accommodation do you offer? +
We offer hotel rooms, Zakletý Apartments, and Perla Apartments. Hotel rooms are located in the main building with the restaurant and wellness center. Zakletý Apartments are located within the hotel complex within walking distance. Perla Apartments are a 3-minute drive away and offer a peaceful environment with beautiful views. The total accommodation capacity of our complex is more than 130 persons.
You can check in from 3:00 PM and check-out is required by 10:00 AM. If you need an earlier arrival or later departure, please contact us in advance, and we will try to accommodate your requests.
❯Are towels and bed linen provided in the rooms? +
Yes, all rooms and apartments are equipped with towels and bed linen.
❯Can I rent a baby cot? +
Yes, we provide baby cots for a fee of 150 CZK/night.
❯Are high chairs available? +
Yes, high chairs are available in the restaurant and can be borrowed for your room upon request.
❯What are the cancellation conditions? +
Cancellation conditions depend on the type of reservation and season. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with them when making a reservation or contact us for more information.
❯Can I bring my pet? +
Pets are allowed in hotel rooms and selected apartments. If you are traveling with a dog and are interested in an apartment, we recommend contacting the reception in advance to verify the availability of suitable accommodation.
We charge the following fees for pets:
Small dog or other pet (up to 10 kg or 35 cm height at the withers): 300 CZK/night Large dog (over 10 kg or 35 cm height at the withers): 600 CZK/night
❯Is the hotel wheelchair accessible? +
Our hotel strives to accommodate guests with limited mobility. We offer a comfortable wheelchair accessible room, and the main entrance, reception, and restaurant are easily accessible without obstacles for all guests. Social areas and the wellness center are located in parts of the hotel that are typically accessed via stairs, but for wheelchair users, there is an alternative access route from the other side of the building. We are happy to ensure you have a pleasant stay! Yes, our hotel has a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious meals made from quality ingredients. We recommend reserving a table in advance, especially during peak season.
❯Is it possible to order half-board or full-board? +
In our hotel, we only offer breakfast in the form of a buffet. You can enjoy lunch and dinner in our restaurant, where you can choose from the à la carte menu.
❯Do you offer special menus for people with allergies or vegetarians? +
Yes, if you have specific requirements, such as a gluten-free diet, please let us know in advance so we can arrange suitable bread and other ingredients. Regarding meals in our restaurant, it is always possible to discuss directly with the staff, and our chef will be happy to prepare an alternative version of the meal according to your needs.

Our wellness center includes a swimming pool, Finnish sauna with a relaxation area, jacuzzi, and relaxing massages.
❯What are the opening hours of the wellness center? +
The wellness center is open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with the sauna available from 4:00 PM. As part of your accommodation, you have free access to the wellness center until 3:00 PM. After 3:00 PM, there is an entrance fee - 180 CZK for adults and 150 CZK for children.
❯Is a reservation required for the wellness center? +
The wellness center is primarily available to hotel guests. External visitors are welcome, but due to limited capacity, we recommend checking availability by phone at +420 721 423 520. A reservation will ensure that you can enjoy relaxation without waiting.
Activities & Services
❯Do you offer facilities for corporate events or school trips? +
Yes, we specialize in corporate events, school trips, and fitness retreats. Our facilities are fully equipped and customized to meet your needs.
Parking directly at the hotel is free for hotel guests. The hotel also offers garage parking for a fee - 250 CZK/night in the winter season and 150 CZK/night in the summer season. The parking lot is not guarded but is monitored by a camera system.

Yes, free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. Apartments have their own connection.
❯What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept cash payments, credit cards, and payments through benefit programs - Pluxee, Benefity.cz, Benefit Plus, Edenred. Unfortunately, we do not accept paper vouchers.
